Sour Cream Pie

Sour cream pie

2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 baked pie crust


In a large sauce pan beat 2 egg yolks. Mix in white sugar and add sour cream, raisins, baking soda and cinnamon. Put on to boil, when it starts to foam keep stirring till it stops foaming. It thickens as it cools. Pour into a baked pie crust. Beat 2 egg whites for the top, brown the whites in the oven.
